Three (3) new single family houses in Des Plaines, of approximately 4,300 to 4,700 sq. ft. built by Danwin Construction, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, the last two designed by Chris Winogradzki. In the last spec house, Chris introduced stone and brick in his house.
