Introduction:
Chris Winogradzki Architects, Ltd. is an established in 1992 architectural design and build firm that provides a full range of architectural services for residential, commercial, and industrial construction, supported by over 40 years of experience. Recently in 2007-2008 the company experienced a transition moving into the 21st century and has now begun using a new high tech approach with the BIM—Building Information Modeling., base on Autodesk “Revit” software. This new innovation enables architects and engineers to create detailed, 3-dimensional models that contain all architectural and structural information as well as electrical and mechanical systems. BIM was designed to build the facility virtually prior to building it physically so that detailed analysis can be accomplished early in the process, problems can be worked out electronically, and decisions can be made earlier at lower cost prior to physical construction. Its purpose is also to collect data at its point of creation and enter that data only once, allowing it to be used, improved, and passed along to others. A highlight of this new program is that it enables contractors during the construction phase, where they should now have more complete data as well as a more effective representation of design intent.
In 1996, in addition to architectural services, the firm began to provide full construction management services and General Contracting services. In June of 2000, Chris Winogradzki founded a new construction company named Danwin Construction Company, Inc. as a primary purpose of general contracting for new residential construction.
In 2017 Chris has opened his second office in Sarasota, Florida where he provides full range of architectural and construction services.
